Apts.jp is the savvy expat's portal to finding housing in Japan. With friendly bilingual agents who understand the challenges of relocation, their service is attractive. All they needed to do was to make it evident on their website. Apts.jp came to us to revamp it with the ultimate goal of getting more leads.
Skydea redesigned their existing pages, created new landing pages, and helped launch a section for property sales. We delivered front-end coding and worked with their dev team to launch the new site.
Speaking to the customer
Moving to a new country is a daunting task. Successful customers looked for simplicity and clarity. We broke down complex real estate information into easily digestible visuals.
Keeping it real
When you're apartment shopping in a foreign country, a lot can go wrong, from unexpected payments to a lack of amenities. We played with visual hierarchy to speak with clarity and transparency, so that people can browse with confidence.
Building trust
Apts.jp's Tokyo Life blog functions as a marketing channel. We gave it a light restructure to help expats find what they're looking for.
Pitching to partners
A good pitch goes a long way. We redesigned their marketing deck, so that they can confidently offer their services to companies looking to hire foreign nationals. Both English and Japanese versions were provided.
