Segurize is a startup from Brazil that helps you save money on insurance while earning rewards by referring friends and family.
The Segurize team needed a rapid design iteration of their prototype app to include a new rewards and gamification system.
Brainstorming + User Journey
Based on existing user personas, we helped define interaction touchpoints and brainstormed gamification systems with the team.
Exploring the User Journey helped us demonstrate how the user would interact with the app over time to help identify positive and negative areas that we could look to improve in a new design.
Lo-fidelity Wireframes
We designed a new dashboard that would help simplify app navigation to allow the users to quickly access the new features and rewards while also keeping existing insurance purchasing and sharing prominent.
