We work out what the site is for, who it’s talking to, and what has to change. This is where most of the value gets decided. If the brand needs to move first, that happens here.

Sitemap, page structure, and content come before any visual work. Existing pages that are already ranking get carried over, not thrown away.

It depends on scope. A lighter refresh of an existing site is a much smaller project than a full redesign with new structure, content, and a CMS. We’ll give you a clear number in the proposal after the initial call, before any work starts.
